VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo direktorė Laimutė Vaitiekūnienė: „Veisiejuose puoselėjame prigimtinius mokinių talentus“

Laimutė Vaitiekūnienė, VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo direktorė.

„Ateinančiais mokslo metais VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo devintokai kartu su bendruoju ugdymu iš karto pradės mokytis ir padavėjo-barmeno profesijos, – svarbią naujovę pristato filialo direktorė Laimutė Vaitiekūnienė. – Pabaigę mokyklą, tokie mokiniai gaus skaitmeninį atestatą lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, visoje ES pripažįstamą profesinio mokymo diplomą ir iš karto galės pretenduoti į studijų arba darbo vietą savo pasirinktoje šalyje.“ 

Šiuo metu VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo mokiniai gyvena atostogų nuotaikomis, tačiau pakalbinti sako, kad ateitis jų nebaugina, nes kiekvienas turi aiškų tikslą, kurio siekti padeda visa mokyklos bendruomenė – mokytojai, tėvai bei klasės draugai. 

„Baigusi VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialą gausiu ne tik brandos atestatą, bet ir įgysiu automechanikės specialybę. Žinau, kad merginai tai – gan neįprastas sprendimas, bet man labai patinka praktinė veikla – suprasti, kaip veikia automobilis, ar galiu jį pataisyti“, – pasakoja Aušrinė Petrauskaitė, savo ateitį siejanti su tarptautine karjera transporto srityje. 

Mergina sako, kad ugdymo įstaigoje jai itin svarbi pedagogų pagalba. „Noriu vairuoti vilkiką, dirbdama apkeliauti kuo daugiau šalių. Žinau, kad kelyje bus visko, tad turiu mokėti savo rankomis pašalinti transporto priemonės gedimus. Kadangi dirbsiu užsienyje, mokykloje daug dėmesio skiriu ir kalbų pamokoms. Noriu gerai išlaikyti egzaminus ir esu reikli mokinė. Pasisekė, kad mane moko visa širdimi atsidavę pedagogai“, – apibendrina Aušrinė. 

Karjerą svetur ketina kurti ir Smiltė Kelmelytė. „VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo devintokai, dešimtokai, vienuoliktokai ir dvyliktokai mokosi bendrojo ugdymo skyriuje Veisiejuose. Nemokama kelione iš mokinio gyvenamosios vietos į Veisiejus ir atgal pasirūpina mokykla. Kadangi mūsų ugdymo įstaigoje nėra tarpų tarp pamokų, įprastai vadinamų „langais“, jau popiet esame laisvi, todėl aš dar lankau gitaros pamokas“, – apie efektyviai valdomą laiką pasakoja mergina, kuri po metų gaus brandos atestatą ir dar taps barmene. 

„Mėgstu muziką, o kartu su vidurinio ugdymo programa dar mokausi ir padavėjo-barmeno profesijos, tad išmanau, kaip suktis maitinimo ir svečių aptarnavimo srityje. Svajoju atidaryti nuosavą džiazo barą kurioje nors užsienio šalyje“, – planais dalijasi Smiltė ir priduria, kad ją visada palaiko mama, kuri dirba viename žinomiausių Druskininkų restoranų. 

VESK Pietų Lietuvos filiale besimokantis Ali Olleik įsitikinęs, kad žinios turi tarnauti žmogui.  Jaunuolio tėvas valdo restoraną Druskininkuose, tad Ali ketina įsilieti į šeimos verslą. 

„Man atrodo, mokytis iš knygos – vakar dienos strategija. Jeigu nori būti lyderis, sėkmės metodas tėra vienas – daryti tai, ką mėgsti, bet geriau, negu tai jau daro kiti. Savo sesei taip pat rekomenduosiu mokytis VESK Pietų Lietuvos filiale, nes čia mes išties daug praktikuojamės tam, kad vėliau nebūtume klystančiais darbuotojais ar klystančiais verslininkais. Mokykla turi ruošti sėkmei“, – tvirtai užbaigia Ali.

Mokinių tėvus džiugina  tai, kad Veisiejuose kartu su bendruoju ugdymu mokomasi profesijos arba atskirų jos modulių. 

„Mano sūnus, sugrįžęs iš mokyklos, paruošia namų darbus, o tada visą šeimą palepina vakariene, nes ugdymo įstaigoje daug dėmesio skiriama praktiniams įgūdžiams lavinti, pavyzdžiui, čia mokoma picų kepimo, sušių gaminimo  ir šiuos įgūdžius mokiniai gali iškart pritaikyti kasdienybėje“, – pasakoja vieno iš VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo mokinių mama Rima Verner.

Mokiniams ir jų tėvams visada pasiruošusi padėti VESK Pietų Lietuvos filialo bendrojo ugdymo skyriaus vedėja Rita Biliūnienė, kuri yra įsitikinusi, jog ugdymo įstaigos pareiga – ne tik mokyti, bet ir globoti jaunus žmones, sukurti jiems patogią, saugią aplinką: „Bendrojo ugdymo programa VESK Pietų Lietuvos filiale vykdoma Veisiejuose,  todėl toliau gyvenantys mokiniai gali pasirinkti – gyventi mokyklos bendrabutyje ar naudotis pavėžėjimo paslauga.

Dalis pagal bendrojo ugdymo programą besimokančių mokinių renkasi pavėžėjimą: itin punktualiai  mokiniams patogiu laiku kursuojantys autobusai jiems nieko nekainuoja. Kita dalis apsistoja mokyklos bendrabutyje  už 5 Eur mėnesiui ir į namus sugrįžta tik savaitgaliais. Keletas mokinių  naudojasi ir pavėžėjimo paslauga, ir nuomojasi kambarį bendrabutyje. 

Veisiejuose esame nusistatę tvarką, kad susirgus kuriam nors dalyko mokytojui, jį pavaduoja kolegos, o pamokos ir toliau vyksta griežtai pagal tvarkaraštį. Be to, mūsų bendrojo ugdymo skyriaus mokiniai kas mėnesį gauna stipendiją, ko nėra kitose gimnazijose“.

Rita pabrėžia, kad mokyklos bendruomenė susaistyta tvirtais ryšiais, stiprinamais efektyviai komunikuojant: „Mūsų tikslas – kuo greičiau pastebėti problemas ir jas išspręsti, todėl kasdien per ilgąją pertrauką visi pedagogai  renkasi  į trumpus pasitarimus, klasių ir bendrabučio auklėtojos nuolat bendrauja su tėvais. Kiekvienas mūsų mokomas vaikas yra matomas –  skatiname juos  patikėti savo jėgomis, atrasti savo gyvenimo kelią, padėti pamatus darbinės karjeros pradžiai.“

Priėmimas į bendrojo ugdymo klases Veisiejuose jau prasidėjo. Prašymai mokytis devintoje, dešimtoje ir dvyliktoje klasėje priimami iki rugpjūčio 20 d., o prašymai mokytis vienuoliktoje klasėje – iki rugpjūčio 5 d.
