Direktoriaus pavaduotoja sugalvojo, kaip įveikti rutiną

Muilo puokščių gamyba J. Vaičeskienei – ne verslas, bet pomėgis.

Šis mėnuo Jurgitai Vaičeskienei, Lazdijų r. Šeštokų mokyklos direktoriaus pavaduotojai ugdymui ir Lazdijų Motiejaus Gustaičio gimnazijos gamtos ir biologijos mokytojai, išskirtinis. Ji Lazdijų Motiejaus Gustaičio gimnazijos bibliotekos skaitykloje surengė pirmąją muilo puokščių parodą, skirtą Mokytojo dienai. Bibliotekos skaitykloje žydi ir kvepia 15 iš muilo jos sukurtų gėlių puokščių, kuriomis džiaugiasi ir grožisi ne tik pedagogai, bet ir moksleiviai, gimnazijos svečiai. Visa patalpa, vos pravėrus skaityklos duris, kupina įvairiausių aromatų ir spalvų. O rožių bei kitų gėlių spalvos, grožis tiesiog užburia!

J. Vaičeskienė – vietinė dzūkė, kilusi iš Veisiejų. Baigusi Vilniaus pedagoginį universitetą, nuo 2001 metų dirba Lazdijų r. Šeštokų mokykloje direktoriaus pavaduotoja ugdymui, o nuo 2015 metų Lazdijų Motiejaus Gustaičio gimnazijoje dėsto biologiją.

Surengti parodą ją įkalbėjo gimnazijos bibliotekininkė Daiva Mikalauskienė. Pati tam tikrai nebūtų pasiryžusi. Kaip pasakoja J. Vaičeskienė, šiuo širdžiai mielu pomėgiu ji užsiėmė užklupus kovido pandemijai, nors idėją brandino jau senokai. Karantino laikotarpiu ugdymą organizuoti, pamokas mokiniams vesti reikėjo nuotoliniu būdu. Darbo buvo daug, tačiau norėjosi išsklaidyti rutiną, širdžiai reikėjo dvasinės atgaivos, mielo užsiėmimo.

Plačiau – naujausioje „Lazdijų žvaigždėje“ (2023-10-13).
